Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Chris, the windows remote assistance that I had was absolutely fantastic.
Chris worked on my PC for over 4 hours to resolve the problem and didn't give up.
He believes in his software and has a good hands on approach.
So if anyone is thinking of getting the software, I truly recommend it and the backup Chris gives.
Where often do you get after sales help and I havnt purchased it yet!

Hi all, loving playing around with castleos, just one simple question..
How do I enter a predetermined question and answer..
E.g..
Me "whose the boss of the house?"
PC "your wife is the boss of the house"

Just a small problem of when I put the tv on, the software/kinect does not work until I change the source back to dvi (windows home screen. Also my lounge light will not work through the kinect but will thru the portal/devices.

HI Chris, having a slight issue with custom commands...
in the voice command text (left hand side) i can write "how are you"
but on the right hand side theres only DemoScript in the drop down menu and no custom script file.
Any ideas?

Done that, this is wot I get...
"Cannot start services from the command line or debugger. A windows service must be installed and then started with the server explorer, windows services admin or net start command"
Please Chris, for people like me and I'm sure a few others, we are not coders, is there a video u can quickly do or screenshot showing how to do these "basic" things, just need an idiots guide! (Me being the idiot, aka layman

Hi chris, i have followed instructions, but all i get is 'running demo script'...
i have changed sript inside the "" as stated, but the dropdown menu still only showing demoscript.cs

HI Chris,created a new file e.eg demoscript2.cs but still not in the drop down menu, any clue what else to try? also the kinect is not sensitive enough, sometimes it listens but most of the time it does not, even tho i am only 2 metres from it with no other distractions (tv oFF))

Especially on the scripting side of things.
