Insteon Hub will not link.

I have an INSTEON Hub 2245-222, When I try to link the hub to Castle OS nothing happens. I and using the password and user ID from the bottom of the hub, and I have verified via the INSTEON app and my router that the IP address is correct.

Hi Matt, sorry for this trouble. That should be connecting. Is anything outputted to the error log? It's located in C:\ProgramData\CastleOS\CastleOS Core Service\Errors.xml
