Troubleshooting your CastleHUB? Don't uninstall!

We're noticing some users uninstalling CastleOS while they try to troubleshoot an issue. While this is typical behavior on a normal PC, it's important to remember that the CastleHUB is not a normal PC. Uninstalling CastleOS will not fix an issue with the configuration of CastleOS - especially since that config file is left behind during an uninstall. Every issue can be resolved through normal configuration means, so please do not resort to uninstalling CastleOS, as that results in or inability to remotely troubleshoot the issue.
