I've received my hub ,but I still haven't received my license key to activate it can you guys forward it to me. Thanks in advance

Okay My key still isn't working on the hub, I've tried all the ways you can do even directly on the hub. And I see a update has been announce yet my hub isn't seeing it yet, and I've even rebooted it trying to get the z wave update. No go.
