Hi, I am trying to setup the demo and after putting in the address of my 2414U, the USB/COM selection is blank and I am unable to select either. Does CastleOS support the 2414U interface? If not, which interface would be a good replacement? My OS is Windows 7 64-bit. Thank you.

This hardware has been retired by Insteon/Smartlabs and does not work with the latest generation of Insteon devices now being sold. If you don't have any X10 devices, we recommend the USB adapter. If you do use X10, you'll need to get the PowerLinc Modem (PLM) 2413U.
